Celebrating 25 Years with the 25 Hours Challenge

Innovative Captive Strategies (ICS) is celebrating our 25th anniversary with a challenge that reflects our commitment to giving back. The “25 Hours for the 25th Challenge” encourages ICS employees to volunteer 25 hours of community service totaling a collective amount of nearly 3,000 hours. At ICS, we believe it is important to have a positive impact on the communities in which our employees live and work and there is no better way to spread this message than by getting involved.

A Quarter Century of Doing Business BOLDLY

For 25 years, ICS has been at the forefront of building captive insurance companies with a dedicated model designed to give both employers and employees greater control, stability and opportunities in health and property & casualty insurance. Specializing in alternative solutions, ICS helps businesses customize their insurance strategies to better fit their needs. This not only enhances employee engagement but also provides companies with a higher level of control over their insurance programs.

At ICS, we believe in giving more than just exceptional service to our clients; we’re passionate about giving back to our communities. This challenge allows our employees to engage with causes they care about while celebrating our 25 years of growth and success.
