A Strong Finish, A Bigger Climb: Level Up in 2026

As we close out 2025, one word keeps coming to mind: momentum.

We spent this year building: adding talent, evolving how we work, and strengthening the foundation that supports our members and partners. And as we head into 2026, it’s time to take that foundation and move.

This time of year invites reflection, but it also offers perspective. And what stands out most isn’t just what we accomplished — it’s how we accomplished it. Together.

What 2025 Reinforced

This year reminded me of a few principles that continue to guide us:

Better is better. Every day.

It’s not a slogan; it’s a choice. It shows up in proactive communication, cleaner processes, stronger follow-through, and more thoughtful experiences. Those choices compound, and they’re why trust continues to grow.

Culture is a competitive advantage — when you intentionally protect it.

Culture doesn’t sustain itself. It requires leadership at every level and teammates who take ownership of the experience we create for one another and for those we serve.

Growth requires both confidence and humility.

We should be proud of what we’ve built and honest about where we can improve. That balance is what allows growth to turn into true scale.

The Moments That Mattered

There were many wins in 2025 — strong performance, key initiatives, and meaningful milestones. But the moments I’m most proud of are often the ones that don’t show up in a report or meeting recap.

  • Teammates stepping in without being asked
  • Leaders coaching instead of rescuing
  • Teams collaborating across disciplines to solve real problems
  • A consistent focus on delivering value, not just output

To our members and broker partners: thank you for your trust and partnership. And to our ICS team: thank you for the pride you bring to your work and the way you show up in both big moments and everyday ones.

Looking Ahead: Level Up

As we head into 2026, we’re excited to introduce our new theme: Level Up.

It’s fun — but it’s also intentional.

Level Up is about progress with purpose. It’s about sharpening our execution, strengthening collaboration, improving how we communicate, and continuing to raise the bar on the experience we deliver internally and externally. Dive into our Year in Review to learn more about our journey to Level Up.

A theme only matters if it translates into action. Here’s what Level Up means for us.

A Thank You — and a Challenge

To everyone who contributed to this year’s success: thank you. I’m proud of what we’ve accomplished together.

As we step into 2026, here’s my challenge to you: Pick one area where you want to Level Up — and commit to it early.

Not perfectly. Not all at once. Just intentionally.

Because the most meaningful growth isn’t the big, flashy leap. It’s the small improvements that compound over time until one day you look back and realize you’re operating on a completely different level.

Thank you for an incredible 2025. As the new year begins, I hope you take a moment to reflect on how far you’ve come and feel proud of the role you played in getting us here.
