If you want respect from your coworkers and employees, do the work.  It doesn’t matter if you’re sweeping the floor or scrubbing a toilet, you are never above doing what needs to be done.

What is your favorite part about your job at ICS?

The greatest reward is watching our captive members reactions when the light bulb goes off and they realize the importance of safety and the captive concept.  That is when I know I’ve done my job.
