What’s one thing on your bucket list that would surprise people?

I think this is probably on everyone’s bucket list, but we’ve all seen those little huts in Tahiti or Bali that are standing on stilts over the turquois water. That. I want to do that.

When have you felt empowered to make a BOLD move at ICS?

I’ve been fortunate to have the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities a few times during my career with ICS. None of that would have been possible with out the support and belief of our entire team here at ICS. They say that good leaders help people to see themselves as better than they are, and I’ve been lucky to work with people who exhibit that quality.

What’s your secret weapon for staying motivated?

A little reading in the morning usually provides an idea or two to keep in my mind’s eye throughout the day. Stack one day on top of the next, and the rest seems to take care of itself.
