What’s your secret weapon for staying motivated?

Personally: my brothers and friends. They both hold me accountable and push me to want to beat them.

Professionally: the team around me. Motivation and bettering yourself are contagious. If you surround yourself with others who are striving, you’re more likely to do so yourself.

Joining the team. I would have only left my previous employer for a team and organization I believed in.
