Don’t be afraid of being afraid.  Sometimes the one thing you need for growth is the one thing you are most afraid to do.

How has working at ICS inspired you to be BOLD?

ICS has inspired me to be BOLD by allowing me to carve my own path. I value the ability to be an advocate for myself while having the support from my leader. Being challenged to be the best version of myself every day is invaluable.

What’s one thing on your bucket list that would surprise people?

I would LOVE to visit the Porsche Museum in Stuttgart, Germany.
