When have you felt empowered to make a BOLD move at ICS?
When asked to be in a sales leadership role for our team. It allowed me to see the exponential growth that I have made in a few short years. But also allowed me to work with some of the best, and brightest, young team members that we have. I learn more, and more, from them every day!
