We tell our clients to take ownership in their captive and that is exactly what we do at ICS every day. We own our career and have the permission to be BOLD, invest in ourselves and really create our own path.

What’s one thing on your bucket list that would surprise people:

I want to charter a private yacht for 30 days. No internet, Wi-Fi, TV, nothing.
