It’s human nature to be satisfied with a “B” when an “A” is possible. So, in most things in life, your opponent is human nature.

What do you find BOLD about ICS?

The consistency in which ICS finds talented and dedicated people.  I have yet to hear a single member of the ICS team ever once say “that’s not my job.”

What was your first job?

The Bag Room Attendant at a golf course:  cleaning clubs, washing golf carts, maintaining the driving range (yes, this includes driving the range picker and being the guy everybody is aiming at).
