What’s your secret weapon for staying motivated?
I love to draw little boxes next to my tasks when I build my daily task list. Love seeing those boxes filled it – gives me a great sense of accomplishment!
What’s the most BOLD thing about being part of the ICS team?
Being able to react, as needed, to implement changes, and address issues, so our members have a positive experience. There is no better feeling than getting a sincere “thank you” from a member.
