Wild Hog hunting with night vision. I’m not sure there is anything like it, and very much out of my norm.

When have you felt empowered to make a BOLD move at ICS?

ICS is very much a nimble company, and we look to every single person who works here, old and new, to come up with ideas that make our business better.

What’s one thing on your bucket list that would surprise people?

I would like to visit all 50 states. Preferably before hitting a certain age!
