New Year, New Us!

I’ve always enjoyed the start of a new year.  It’s a time to set new goals, create new opportunities, and reconnect with clients, agency partners and employees.  With 20 years of business under our belt and a new decade to embark, we are happy to introduce you to our 2020 ICS resolution:  BOLDface!  In true ICS fashion, this isn’t your typical insurance blog.  Our business is unique in that we have such great relationships with our agency partners and our captive clients always holding each other accountable.  That is, we don’t do business boldly without working together.  With BOLDface, we will strive to keep our connectedness by making sure you are up to date with relevant topics that can benefit all of our constituents.
