In early May, we had the privilege of hosting our inaugural ICS Partner Invitational—an exclusive event created to bring together some of our top broker partners from across the country for two days of idea-sharing, collaboration, and celebration in Des Moines.
From the moment we kicked off the welcome reception to the final putt on the golf course, the energy was electric. These weren’t just producers in attendance—there were thought leaders, risk-takers, and trusted partners who continue to push the boundaries of what’s possible in the group captive space. Their insights, curiosity, and bold thinking were a powerful reminder of why this community is so special.
